会议名称:LPM2017 The 18th International Symposium on Laser Precision Microfabrication
会议时间:5-8 June 2017
会议地点:Toyama International Conference Center, Toyama, Japan
会议简介:Modern technology increasingly relies on miniaturization and microfabrication to improve the performance of a wide variety of devices and systems. Lasers and laser processing are uniquely suited to a wide variety of microfabrication applications in both production and research environments, making these topics of significant interest to researchers in both industry and academia.
The annual International Symposium on Laser Precision Microfabrication (LPM) provides a unique opportunity for researchers from a variety of fields to exchange ideas and techniques, and fosters discussion on fundamental aspects of laser-matter interaction and the state-of-the-art in laser materials processing among pure scientists, end users and laser manufacturers. We expect that LPM2017 would play an important role not only for understanding fundamental knowledge of laser precision microfabrication but also forecasting future technologies to be developed and the future laser market.

Abstract: Graphene has special properties, which is not mean that the devices composed of graphene sheets will have high performance. The regulation of structure and properties were studyed to provide experimental basis for seeking advanced energy storage electrode materials. Particularly, the preparation of graphene micro-nanostructures is challenging since the 2D graphene and its related materials trend to stack irregularly, forming a disordered layered structure. To address this issue, we proposed a laser induced approaches towards controllable porous structure of graphene based materials. This materials have various porous structures with high surface areas and continuously tunable pore size. The three-dimensional porous graphene system may help to provide excellent ion and electron transport network for energy storage and conversion electrodes.
